Constructed of a molded, fast-dry fabric and lightweight microbeads enhances air and water flow, making it perfect for active and leisure activities such as yoga, swimming, jogging, gardening and exercise class.
Active/Swim forms will move with your body during activities and should be fit in the bra or swimsuit you intend to wear it with. A Certified Fitter can demonstrate the features and care, so all you have to do is get back to enjoying your life.

The Amoena custom breast form will mimic the shape, size and profile of the remaining breast. This is obtained by using the most advanced 3D scanning technology. You are able to choose innovative features that are perfectly designed for you. Our specially trained fitters and Amoena engineers will create a prosthesis that matches your unique shape and specifications.
We will work with your healthcare provider to obtain the proper referrals and documentation for pre-approval through your insurance company. Custom breast forms are also available for purchase through some health spending plans or Care Credit.
